Great customer service! I accidentally left a pouch with important documents in the room, but the staff was extremely helpful in sending it back to me. They were patient with my questions, and I am thrilled that I received my belongings in a timely manner. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the extra heating in the bathroom, especially during chilly mornings after showering.

Convenient to the interstate, room was very clean, a.c. was cold, beds were comfortable. We had to check in late due to a softball tournament but it went smoothly and our room was ready.

We were there due to power outages due to storm. The staff was great. Housekeeper took time to talk to me and was extremely nice. Room was spotless. I would definitely stay again
